From the form to your first order
The whole process is online. No office visit, nothing to print.

Name, phone, city and your vehicle. It takes under two minutes and we call you the same working day.
Send your documents on WhatsApp
A photo of your ID, your driving licence if you use a scooter or car, and your bank details. We register you on the platforms.
Get access and start
We activate your courier account, walk you through the app, and you decide when to go out.

Normally between 4 and 24 hours from the moment we receive your complete documents. If you send them in the morning you will most likely be delivering the same day. Delays only happen when the platform runs extra checks.
No. You can start on an intermediary contract, where we withhold and declare the income tax on your behalf. Registering as self-employed only becomes worthwhile above a certain monthly volume — we will run the numbers with you before you decide.
Every Thursday, for the previous week (Monday to Sunday). You can be paid by bank transfer or in cash, and each payment comes with a statement showing every amount deducted.
Yes. We can activate you on Bolt Food, Glovo and Wolt at the same time. Many couriers run two apps simultaneously and take orders that follow the same route.
We have scooters and electric bicycles available for weekly rental, insurance and servicing included. We will tell you the exact cost and whether it is worth it for the hours you plan to work.
Not on the intermediary contract or as a sole trader. You work whenever you want, starting and stopping freely. The only exception is the employment contract, where the schedule is 8 hours as required by law.
Let us know and we process the transfer or deactivation within a few working days. We have no exclusivity clauses and charge no exit fees.
